Rooted in the belief that education can break the cycle of poverty, the Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority participates in Back to School Fair programs serving the greater Oshkosh area and the Neenah / Menasha community.
The Back To School Fairs provide grade-specific school supplies, hygiene products, and other goods and services to help make the student's return to the new school year a success.
Households with children living in Housing Authority-assisted units can request a referral to a Back To School Fair in early summer each year. The Fairs typically take place in August.
