The Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority (HA) participates in local housing continuum of care collaborative programs through the Winnebagoland Housing Coalition. The HA also periodically participates in meetings with the Fox Cities Housing Coalition.
These local coalitions work to identify potential gaps in housing services, from homeless support through supported home ownership opportunities. In addition, the coalitions work to maximize collaboration among housing service providers to ensure effective use of limited resources in serving the housing needs of the community.
